1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition of Items: The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

  • Verification: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at tapindiaa@gmail.com with your order details.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.


5. Shipping Returns

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
